Upon c/I the guys not friendly at all. Gave me a key without guiding me. He charged for the deposit instead of an authorization. Called for the Wi-Fi info which they require username pass and room number (ridiculous) he said come to the front desk for it . I told him im pregnant it was a hussle for me to go all the way down from the top and it was cold to do all that. Called in the morning for a late c/o and they said they dont do that. Which I wasnt feeling good due to my pregnancy I was having delays in the morning. While I was washing off in the shower exactly at 11 am house cleaners try forcing in saying get out the room. I was in the shower told them hold on Im pregnant. Called front desk to bear with me 15 minutes which he said okay but wow I never been kick out like that before. No smoking in the premises at all. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Rooms anre bare minimum and the cleaning is so horrible. I went over the room how nasty it was. Only reason why I stay at hotels is because Im in a shelter that Im trying to get away from. For the same price Im stuck with the Days Inn by the 880 freeway better service and late c/o and they allow you to smoke outside your door if needed. No deposit taken out because they see Im a regular. I also stay at times at the Hilton Garden Inn which is way worth the price same as this place. Dont let the looks fool you!!!
