        Keep expectations low and you won't be disappointed. Rooms: Can't beat the price. Nearby activities: Don't even get me started on it..... Damn chiva chickens and tweekers. Safety: Don't become victim... Keep an eye out on your personal property and stay on point. Walkability: Close to bart, laundry, liquor, fast food, nail salon, and freeway. Noteworthy details: I've heard management state "This is not a roach free Motel" when an individual was checking in.
