Our job was handled very well from getting permits done, great at keeping us updated, passing all permits on the first inspections.  This was a 2-day job, first day was cancelled due to torrential rain.  Second day as we were told 2 work crews were here and they finished the job as scheduled.  Landscaping was put back into place and price matched the estimate.

On the matter of estimation, I think that their guys should respect the homeowner's wish to  "talk it out with with..." before making a final decision rather than pressuring him to shake hands and finalize the deal on the spot. If the homeowner wants to get quotes from other companies, RESPECT that. If you in fact have the best deal, then we'll get back to you... no need to pressure.

I used Star Rooter to do a couple rooters on an old sewer main, then had them do the trenchless while we were getting our driveway replaced. They were on-time, hard-working and worked through some complications with an addition that was built onto the main. I had this work done in 2019 and have had 0 issues so far.

My water main started leaking and I had to shut off the water. I got athe number of Star Rooter & Plumbing from a friend of mine who had used them before and was very happy with their work so I called them and they came right out.  Juan came out looked at the job and gave me a price that was very good and I hired them on the spott.  His son Alex came out with 2 other men and fixed my problem right away. It was raining that day so it got very muddy but they stayed on the job till it was done. When they left they had cleaned everything up as if nothing had happened. Alex was great because he explained everything to me while they were doing the job and answered all of my questions so I understood what was going on. They are the only plumbers I will use in the future and would recommend to any of my friends.
