For any one going here due to Jerry Larson retiring, save your time and money! They are rude, and unhelpful. Jerry was an honest man that did all he could to get his clients the most he could in their refund. The new people dont even know how to properly communicate let alone assist when asked questions. The man I saw didnt even know what FASFA is, which is a financial aid program for students. I over heard an ELDERLY man with his tax person say, I dont know why your asking for that, Jerry never did. To which the woman replied, Good for you. Im not Jerry!, with a very snarky and rude tone. Additionally, I had no income this year for personal reasons, and was living off savings. I have never been in this position before and asked if I still needed to file any thing for record purposes, and I was advised to put a dollar income so I could file something to keep a record and was charged $70 for this service! Absolutely highway robbery! I wont be taking my business here again and wonder if Mr. Larson, my former tax preparer knows how awful his replacements are. Youre better off finding a new location and going somewhere else!!

Still waiting for a response price quote!  Which I never got. I am happy for Jerry and Cathy but for me I need a taxman. HELP!  Who do you recommend?

I've been using Jerry for my taxes for 3 years. I thought I was satisfied with his work until I received a letter from the IRS in 2017 re: my 2015 tax return. They told me he filled out my deductions in the wrong box on the forms and that the amounts did not match up. I went Back to Jerry and he said sorry and maybe his software had not been updated.Now I owe an additional 4K plus interest to the IRS.I will not be using him again!

This review is well over due the only reason I'm doing this is because i just found out that Larsen Tax Service is making some changes. First of all let me tell you that Jerry and Cathy always took good care of our tax need and that they is very friendly always having a good trustworthy persona. It is sad that Jerry will be retiring, hope the new guy  Edward taking over will get as good as Jerry.      THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICES JERRY !!!!
