Been a patient for two years, and I have zero complaints. The team is efficient, appointments start on time, they text you (which I prefer), have modern dental equipment, and a friendly staff. Nicole Smith (the nicest gal) fixed a slightly chipped tooth for me and made it look perfect again - and for that I will forever be thankful.

Dr Ly and Jorge did a great job with the cleaning. Explained everything along the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning.

Overall, my clinical experience has been positive (5 stars); however, there is a business process that needs to be greatly improved. Patients are expected to blindly sign on a signature pad based on a staff member summarizing what documentation is being signed, this is a recipe for disaster. This office needs to invest in iPads for patients to review what they are signing or send the documents ahead of the appointment. (-1 star) Every document expected for signature should be available for review prior to signing, along with the summary from the staff. Lastly, there needs to be a final review of rooms before bringing in the next patient. There have been multiple instances of the last patients data being on the screen contained in each room. (-1 star)
