Canyon Dentistry is the best of the dental experience I have had in my life. I have visited numerous dental office in the past years and found Dr. Chen's office have present all the quality that you want to see and have from a patient's view point. I am a Register Nurse and I can tell you that I have seen Dr. Chen is well experienced/has profound knowledge, highly skilled, proficient communication with patient, and his gentle caring characters and well bedside manner are all the quality that a patient could ever ask for. Dr. Chen's profound knowledge and skills have successfully place a steel support to my difficult crooked tooth. His proficient communication with patient decreased the anxiety level to the very minimum. His gentle bedside manner provide me the sense of security and comfort. I also want to mention that his office staff are top notch! Tracy and Megan are at the front desk, they are not only friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to but always go for extra mile to assist you from making appointment to insurance questions and communicate with you the safety of health measure at the office during pandemic. Linda the hygienist is the best I ever had. She takes the pride of her work, and is diligent and thorough. Dr. Chen's medical assistant also are friendly, they always make you feel like home. Dr. Chen's office is clean, quiet and soothing and give patient a sense of peace and comfort. If I can give Canyon Dentistry a 10 star rating, I would. I can't say enough on how much I appreciate that I have the whole team to care for my dental health and I am sure that you as well will enjoy coming to this office.

I love coming here! I was always terrified of the dentist but everyone here eased that feeling. All my worries are gone! Front desk people are so wonderful. They are always helpful. Gloria is my hygienist and she's amazing. Never painful and tells you what she's about to do next and will explain things (if you are curious). Also super friendly. I never have to worry when she's cleaning my teeth :D PS: Their place is super clean and they have covid procedures for you to follow to ensure yours and the staff's safety.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been too. I'm no stranger to x-rays but they were absolutely abrasive. Not to mention the staff at the front is some of the rudest, most entitled staff I have ever encountered. Megan got downright aggressive with me when I was asking about policies and procedures of this office!! The follow up is terrible too. STAY AWAY.

Had the worst experience! Tried to upsell you one thing after another and when you question the costs, the admin gets extremely aggressive with you. The doctor was so quick to call me multiple times after the first time the admin got aggressive with me but after I told him I would go elsewhere, didn't response to me for 11 days about follow ups related to my visit. When I called back to check in, the aggressive admin yet again got aggressive. Then, apparently the doctor was too busy to have time to call me. Seems like as soon as he realized I wouldn't be paying him thousands for unnecessary procedures I wasn't worth his time. Still don't have an answer on my follow ups from my visits 2 weeks later!
