Bad attitude, stains your shirts, and no apology. I will never go to this dry cleaners again. I brought several shirts here to get some dress shirts cleaned but when I got them back, two if tbe shirts had stains on it that weren't there before (see photos). When I brought it right back to ask what happened, they denied it was their fault and didn't even offer to try and get it out. There was no apology and their attitude was so rude. I think they used bleach, or some other chemical spilled, and they didn't want to accept blame. Even if they apologized and offered to remove it again as part of the service I would have been satisfied and returned as a customer. I understand mistakes can happen. But there were no attempts to even remedy their error or apologize. Another dry cleaner was able to remove the stain, so it's not like the stain was impossible to remove. Heritage dry cleaners just didn't want to accept responsibility or remedy it.

I recently moved to Irvine and needed a new cleaners. I've been here twice now and have not had an issue. The price is average for the area and they're open late so it works out if I have to swing by after work to grab my things.

I m giving everyone my real experience with this dry clean store.  I took my son's new hugo boss suit to dry clean after he wore it.  But my son told me the suit shrank pretty bad after dry clean.  I called the store and the employee told me to bring it back to see what they can do.  She said they may redo it again.  To be honest, should i feel confident that they can do the right job? What they r gonna do to enlarge the suit again?  Does anyone want their suit go for dry clean but shrank and enlarge to shorten their suit life?????   They r doing bad job and give customer hassle but charge your money.  My white wool and cashmere jacket also peel after their dry clean.  BAD DRY CLEAN STORE THAT YOU CANNOT TRUST.
