Very unpleasant experience. High prices and very low quality. I went there 3 times and had a couple different broken buttons. Manager was rude and very unprofessional about it. Not coming back.

Al Phillips is a rip off, dishonest and misleading. I dropped off 12 garments of clothing for dry cleaning on a Sunday and returned a few days later to pick it up. From my past experiences with dry cleaners most of them charge between $2-$6 so I wasn't expecting anything crazy for dry cleaning. When I get there to pick up the clothes the woman at the front states that its $113.00 ($8.50 per garment) for the clothes. My reaction was shock and confusion so she offered me 50% off for my next visit. I wont be returning nor recommending this business to anyone seeing that these prices are ridiculous and that they cant justify why or how it is so expensive. Dry cleaning is dry cleaning, theres no unique way of doing it.
