        PROMPT FRIENDLY SERVICE ! I had another Amazon return to send back. This drop-off location very close to home came up...I didn't need a box or a shipping label just the Amazon QR Code. We arrived here around 3.30pm....a little difficult to find as it is tucked away opposite the Chase Bank. I handed the INMAKER No Tie Shoe Laces to a UPS employee named Daphane and then displayed the Amazon QR Code on my iPhone. GOOD TO GO !

        My husband and I have had a mailbox here for several years. The personnel are friendly and helpful. We receive a lot of packages. We like knowing the staff will sign for the packages and hold them safely until we can pick them up. Especially helpful, they send us a text whenever a package comes in. We receive all our mail there and no plans to change, in fact I just renewed our box for another year today. I should mention the charge for our mailbox is less than a dollar a day, so this valuable service costs less than a daily cup of coffee at Starbucks. If you get a lot of packages the peace of mind knowing they wont be stolen off your porch is well worth the money.

        FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE ! I had another Amazon return to drop off and this UPS location is ideal because they don't require a box or a shipping label. YIPPE KI YAY ! I zipped over here before lunch to beat the heat.....gonna hit 87F. I walked inside at 11.23am and there was one customer being attended to. I stood still for about 30 seconds and then I heard a female voice say....I can help you. It was Daphne the UPS worker who helped me on my first visit. I handed the unopened pack of No Tie Shoelaces to Daphne and showed her the Amazon QR Code displayed on my iPhone which she scanned. TOO EASY !

        I've visited this store for about 5 years. The manager is great and has a good customer focus. The rest of the team is good attitude too. Sometimes there is a small line of customers between 4pm - 5pm as people show up to drop off packages before the truck leaves around 5:30pm. There's also a good store on Alton. Either works well in this area.
