McDonald's

Showed up regularly during the Wcdonald's promo. Every day I was told they had no wcdonald's sauce, even on days they supposedly got it delivered. I learned from back when I was a McDonald's employee during the schesuan promo that what actually happened here was that each employee took home a case of wcdonalds sauce if they wanted it and they never actually had any reasonable supply of it to sell to customers despite advertising to the contrary. Wont be the first mass disregard for company policy that this location shows but this was the one that lost me and two other households as customers for good.

The food is as always, wonderful at McDonald's in L.Q., especially the French fries , but what makes.this establishment so.good, is the awesome staff. Every staff person that I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been courteous and professional and that's what makes a business successful. Keep up the good work L.Q. McDonald's, you are doing it right!

The pic below is from two years ago, and will always be the best chicken nuggets I have ever had. So crisp, and so fresh. (And organized?) To whoever did this: you clearly were not being paid enough and deserved better, because I never saw you again

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. Over a week ago, I came to order a couple large fries and asked in the drive-thru if I could get some hot mustard. I know sometimes they might need to charge you extra for hot mustard. I was told that they didnt have any hot mustard. Well, I know sometimes the drive-thru and preparation dont always communicate. So when I pulled up to get my food, I asked again. Well the crew-member went to ask the manager, who had coincidentally taken my order. Upon being asked this she came to the window and yells at me, I already told you we dont have hot mustard! She was so horrible to me that one of the crew members had to close the windows on her. I guess the gentleman at the window felt bad for me because right after they came out with 4 hot mustards. Im writing this now because I tried reporting this to the establishment and I have not heard back. Who would have thought that asking for hot mustard is such a horrible offense here?
