I love love love my apartment and surrounding community. Such pleasant building located in such close proximity to great shops, dining, and variety of different recreational area. I highly recommend The Parkview Apartments.

I was amazed to do a virtual tour with the assistant manager Anthony, he was able to go into details about the community and the criteria and other things as well that I didnt know before. I like that I was educated on new things about apartments.

Parkview Apartments have provided my partner and I with our best apartment experience yet! Staff is friendly, everyone is always waving to say hi, and the apartments are sturdy and well taken care of. Onsite maintenance provides swift assistance and always helps to make sure the apartment complex looks nice and is in good working order. All staff is outstandingly professional and responsive to tenant concerns and issues. I also feel very safe here as they have a nightly security team and good door locking systems. The laundry room washers sometimes are down but I know that concern is probably already noted and on the list for Mgr Kelly and the team.
Overall, the Parkview team is nice and welcoming to their tenants, I feel safe here and I really enjoy living at The Parkview Apartments ! :) Thank you for all your hard work !
