I rarely leave reviews on stores I just do it if the experience was awesome or if it was the worst.
Unfortunately this time I have to do it for negative matters, if I could leave Zero stars I would do it, Ive been a costumer of ride aid for soooo many years that Im pretty sure the employees know me already. One of my priorities as a costumer service representative is always help my costumers as best as possible, you can ask around the city and people that know will tell you this. I feel like leaving reviews on a certain product, brand or in this case employees is so they can improve their performance and costumer service, because lets be honest who wants to experience a bad service? Nobody.
A couple days ago my mom called to order a refill
on a prescription, usually I do it but this time she
called, the person who attended her phone call
didn't even answered the phone properly, the way
she was talking and asking questions was on a
RUDE tone, since my mom didn't have the
prescription number she usually just gives them
the name of the medication, so the employee just
asked her really rude "La medicina?" Which means
"the medicine?" Which is a very unprofessional
way to ask "what was the medication you would
like to order?" My mom processed to give her the
medication name to what she responded, it'll be
ready till tomorrow" my mom didn't even got the
chance to say thank you when this lady hung up
on her face, I know this because I was present
when this happened, when I went to pick up the
medication I asked her name, her name is Chris
and I know she's been there for a long time and
barely came back to this location or barely
returned to work but I think she needs to work on her attitude towards costumers. Management needs to
do something about this.
And of course I will call and make a proper
complaint about this.
And don't get me wrong usually we get a good
service here, but this time I'm not sure what happened

If I could leave zero starts for the rite aid pharmacy I would. Went off about a medication that my mom NEEDS for 3 weeks and they absolutely did not help. They just made matters worst. They do not care about their patients. Porterville Pharmacy was very helpful with the medication my mom needed.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from both the associates out on the floor and at the registers. I have had the same great attention from the pharmacy folks. I realize that I am not the only person that needs to pick up medications so we sometimes need a little patience, but the pharmacy techs work very hard to get out needed medications. I recall a time when my elderly stepfather desperately needed a certain medication and I know that they worked extra hard to get it out as soon as possible.
I am greeted with SINCERE "hellos" and some employees even know me by name now. I would mention all these employees by their names here, too, but I don't want to accidentally skip a name. Helpful, kind, and friendly... that has been my experience.
