        Wendy's Mobile app sucks. Was charged regular price for Dave's Single with Cheese (during $1 Burger Madness promo week). I spoke with drive-thru worker and he told me to come forward and showed him the app was not adjusting the $1 promotional price. I asked since the Mobile app did not adjust, can I use my Visa debit card to get the $1 burger price. He said "Yes" but was still charged the regular price. Burgers came with no Cheese after I asked for it Wendy's needs to improve their app.

        Customer service was terrible. Ordered one thing and was handed something completely different. When brought to their attention, it became a big issue they didn't seem very helpful in correcting the mistake.
