        I called in around 240pm inquiring about what coverage they accepted and out of pocket cost for eye exam, they booked me a same day appointment for two hours later. Came in to my appointment and was fully attended by the eye assistant Derwin. He immediately began the medical questionnaire that was all electronic via tablet and fast. In less than 10min I was done with the first half of exam and 20min later saw the doctor in a virtual testing room. Very easy process and then had a huge selection of glasses. They offer great add on features such as a strong polycarbonate lenses and glaring/UV protection. Lots of parking and clean business. GO CHECK THEM OUT ASK FOR DERWIN!

        Well my experience started back in June 2023. Paid for contact and glasses exam. Unfortunately I still have yet to receive sample of the contacts with the exact prescription so I can tell if these will work. The current sample I have is definitely not cutting it. After my initial exam I had to go back for another exam because the prescription was definitely not right. What you don't realize when you go, is you onky see a virtual doctor. I just don't feel that is as accurate. So here we are in December , my contact prescription is onky good for 1 year from the exam, and I've yet to receive an accurate sample. I would really prefer at this point they give me my money back so I can go somewhere else. I never had this problem at Costco. On a side not they do have a very kind employee named Briana who took her time with me to help me find frames for glasses. I appreciated her. I took a chance going here but I won't be back. I've called customer service as stated in their response. They then connected me back to the store. Really I just wasn't the money back for my exam. Derwin suggested I go to a store that has am actual optometrist in the store. None nearby but I'll go. He was supposed to call me back with an appointment. It's been over a week now and even though I've called and left messages with Maya, I've still yet to receive an appointment.
