Beckman Optometry

I have an upcoming appointment and realized I've never left a comment regarding this amazing Optometry. I have been going here for 3 years now and Dr. Mook is amazing. I always recommend her to my friends and family, whomever ask. She always keeps it real with me. No sugar coating at all. And that's what I love about her and why I continue to always come back. It may be a little hard with getting an appointment right away if needed, but just know the wait is well worth it because she is a great optometrist which is why there are so many people trying to get in to see her. I went back Summer 2022. The women that work in that office are not friendly, and my new prescription was done BADLY. I won't be going back, and I will let the optometrist know that she may need to work on their skills. The last review was glowing about this office, and that was because the optometrist checked the work of the woman who was attending me. This time she did not. Maybe that is what needs to happen.

I am amazed at how my visit went with Dr. Mook. I have taken my father to MANY optometrists and ophthalmology clinics and not once have I seen him treated the way she treated me. I felt comfortable and in great care. It was my first eye exam and I was so nervous. From the front staff to the one who did my images to the Dr. These women are incredible. I definitely recommend this place . Thank you all !

Lady up front was rude and dismissive. No one in office and couldnt even take into account that I drove from an hour away to make my appointment.

I am very very impressed with Dr Mook and her staff. Because Dr Mook is the only doctor around, you might have to wait awhile to be seen by her. The eye examination is very very thorough. And this is coming from someone who used to work in an optometry office. I have a very high prescription on both my glasses and contacts and Dr Mook explained the importance of having a good fit for a pair of glasses and proper care for my contacts. She made some suggestions and reminded me to 'blink' my eyes properly. Who knew I wasn't blinking fully?! That explains why my eyes would always feel very dry. At the end of my examination, a staff helped to pick out some frames for my glasses. She was very patient and helpful. Dr Mook made some recommendations and they were all great but I ended up choosing a similar shape of frame to my old pair. My only complain was that my contact lens trial came in very late but it's not their fault. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Dr Mook and staff!
