Key didnt work but they refunded me quickly- honestly just go to La Gondola Shoe Repair & Keys down the way. Key copy was $3, took half the time, and works great!

They're a ghost location, not really here.

They won't tell you a price up front and will try to essentially extort you after they send someone out.
