    This bank is amazing, truly enjoy coming here for the great experience I get when coming here. Everyone who works here is very welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in through the doors. Union bank cares for its clients then most banks I've noticed.Every time I walked in for assistance or just service John and the rest have been very helpful each and every time. He's helped me out so much and I truly appreciate each and everyone of them at this location. One thing for sure is how they socialize with their clients and I believe that is very important in my opinion.

    Wished they would open on the weekend and close later (6:00 PM) on the weekday instead of their usual 5:00 pm.  Jennifer is always helpful. So I appreciate that!

    I have been banking here for 22 years so I have seen a lot of employees come and go The group of people that are there now are very accommodating professional friendly polite and I enjoy talking to them as I'm taking care of my transactions I think as consumers we need to be a little bit more patient especially when we're coming into the bank let's not forget it's our money and no reason to rush them and make mistakes and at the end of the day again it's our money. Patients here goes a long way no reason to be rude and give them a hard time everyone works better in a peaceful and joyful environment

    I almost never write reviews. This is probably my 3rd, but felt it was necessary. Would give NO stars if it was an option. My mother has had a safety deposit box at this location for decades. She invests her money on their invest side and hasn't had a checking account there for a very long time. She had a 2nd stroke and wanted to add me as a signor in case of emergency as she has difficulty getting around. We went to the bank. Though the manager, Wuilmer Beltran, didn't have his next appointment coming for an hr he said he couldn't help us and we had to setup an appt with him for the following day. We come the next day and he has someone else help us. Keep in mind that my mother is not feeling well. After 50 minutes of the employee working with us he gets stuck supposedly on a final step. I go to call the manager over who should have been helping us from the start. He comes over looks at the computer and says he can't find her in the system. He goes on to explain that it's likely because she's doesn't have a checking account with Union Bank which he knew of the previous day. This should have been said at the beginning and not 50 minutes into our appt after taking all my personal information, etc. Then on top of all this the manager says without a checking account she can't keep her safety deposit box even though she has a large amount invested with this bank on their investment side. The manager says he'll ask his manager to see what can be done. I don't get a call from him and have to follow up. He calls the next day saying my mother will have to go in and close out her safety deposit box. Unfortunately, her investments are in annuities or we would pull everything out immediately. As soon as they mature every penny will be invested elsewhere. I would recommend anyone to go to a different banking institution and definitely not this branch!

    I will always recommend Union Bank because of their professional nature. I have also had the wonderful experience of wonderful customer service where they take the time to have a conversation to brighten your day along with showing professionalism that tells customers that they know what they are doing. I've been to other banks that have bankers who do not know what they are doing and will casually admit that they are just guessing, but NOT with Union Bank. I will and do trust Union Bank with all my money. They are small right now, but it's what's wonderful about them in creating a personal and close environment. I have not been at the branch at a busy time, but I'd say that they are very quickly considering that they hold conversations as they process transactions. I cannot recommend this branch enough due to their own branch's personal touch. I've been to multiple branches and I cannot say they same for them. You should give Highland Park's Union Bank Branch a  chance to make your banking experience better!
