2 for 2 had great experiences here.  I had a business check drawn from this bank.  They have a cool self-help kiosk where you can knock it out by yourself and don't even need to be a member, there also is NO fee.  You scan in two IDs, they verify the funds, and you are on your way.  Super easy peasy and convenient.  The clerk even remembered me from my first visit, I literally NEVER get that at my bank, and I use a credit union.  I like this location, I'd recommend it all day long.  I definitely would return and intend to if I still live in East County, next time I need to cash their check.Thanks for the professionalism and repeated great service.

This abysmal organization after being a member for over 30 years refused to work to find a solution to my banking needs.  After years of paying ATM fees, due to moving out of state, I am told that they cannot find a way to make a one time large deposit.  They were extremely inconsiderate, and failed to find a solution.  After taking 26 minutes to get to the Manager of Retail Services, Shanequa, and being promised to receive a call back, she failed to do so.  I finally called back in to just be questioned to death and then told the standing policy! If you are going to state policy, there is no need to confirm identity, as there is no sensitive material to be discussed.  This organization is losing its desire for long term customers.

This branch is not into customer service at all. As a daily merchant, they have now removed the Merchant window! So you wait in line with everyone else and that teller might not have a money counter, so you have to go to another window with the teller to count the bills then go back to the original window. Then if you need to buy coin or bills, that is yet another issue!!!! Also closed their drive-thru, said Union Bank will be closing all the drive-thru's....I feel sorry for the elderly and handicap customers.

Avoid this location unless you like long waits for a teller, an obstacle course of curbs and poles around drive up and ATM, and Maria Piontek who's the rudest teller at the branch.
