Hughes Wong and staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon my visit.I made an appointment on their website but popped in a day early.  I asked the welcoming teller if he was also a notary and she proceeded to his office. He took me in and we got the deed signatures done, then and there. Marvelous! Trip saved and deed complete. Overall, I picked Chase as my mainland bank due to their multiple locations and friendly staff. Haven't found a bad one yet!

This is quite a chill bank location which I love to visit. I use locker services and other banking services. Staff are very friendly. They say Hi to you as soon as you enter (50 ft away). The branch is located at a very nice neighborhood (Los Gatos downtown) with a lot of restaurants etc close by. My wife and I stop by local businesses whenever we visit this bank.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. I needed to open a trust account after my fathers death. Stupid mistakes were made by a manager and the account was never opened until I called the 800 number and found out about the mistake. My calls were rarely returned and emails never answered. Pathetically unprofessional behavior. Have taken my business elsewhere.
