We had the BEST experience working with Joel. Not only is he such an intelligent, experienced agent, but he is so personable and refreshing to be around. He stays up to date with the market and had so much valuable insight to make sure our experience had the best possible outcome. My husband and I needed to sell our house quickly and even with the crazy interest rates, he made it happen, seamlessly at that. From the first time we met Joel, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. He did his due diligence and kept us updated though each step of the way. He was punctual and reliable and I cant recommend him enough. We will definitely be using him again in the future. Not only is he a great realtor, but makes for a great babysitter during final signing as well
