We worked with Terese in 2023, and she was a great help. We were buying a house for the first time, and she made it easy for us to get a nice single-family home. Terese is patient, knows a lot about the process, and responds quickly to our messages, even when she's on a break. She also has lots of connections in the housing industry, including with lenders. She also sends out alerts about new houses before they're officially on the market, which is a big advantage. What really makes Terese stand out is her ability to negotiate.
