Rooms were gross with a broken sink stopper that was almost all the way closed so stuff didnt hardly drain and rat traps behind the tv. At the complimentary breakfast one of the workers was digging into the trash the touching the service utensils without washing hands. One person spoke to a male receptionist (front desk person) and the receptionist didnt do anything about it, like ask the breakfast attendant to switch the utensils.

OK I'M A GOLD MEMBER WITH BEST WESTERN AND I ONLY STAY At BEST WESTERNS. I'VE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION PROBABLY 10 TIMES.. MOST OF THE TIME CHECK IN'S EASY AND IT'S PRETTY CHILL. BUT RECENTLY I STAYED FRIDAY AND SAT. THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THE FRONT DESK AT NIGHT ON THESE TWO DAYS WAS RUDE DID NOT WANT TO HELP WITH BROKEN VENDING MACHINE OR CHECKING ME IN OR EVEN TAKING THE CALL TO SET UP A WAKE UP CALL I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE. SHE WAS VERY CONDESCENDING STATING "SOME PEOPLE DONT GET THAT BUT ITS OK. SHE TRULY HAS A DARK ENERGY. MY BEST ADVICE IS TO CHECK IN DURING THE DAY I HOPE THE OWNERS READ THIS SO THAT THEY CAN ADDRESS THE ISSUE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PARAMOUNT. The breakfast is great here The fireplace is amazing and they also have a onsite washer and dryer there are many good things. But not the night stuff GET BETTER HELP AT NIGHT SO PEOPLE DONT FEEL DISRESPECTED!!!!!!!!!!!
