        Customer service is still as bad as described in the other negative reviews. I paid for this reservation in full ahead of time & the receptionist refused to allow me to checkin because I only had a passport. Highly do not recommend. Very poor business acumen & understanding of identification standards.

        Hidden gem. Staff is great. Property is kept clean. The area in a quiet area close to everything. Their rates are competitive. The bathrooms just need a slight refresh. Safety: I felt safe walking and driving around the area. Food & drinks: The property is close to restaurants and stores.
