        These photos where taken on August 28 2021 at Beale star apartments also if anyone is caught parking anywhere in this neighborhood they will def get there car towed so u ur asked to move ur vehicle onto someone else's property so they can sealed up sum cracks

        Worse place to live in Linda california, in yuba county, in california. Massive home wrecking. life destroying. money hungry. greed. Homeless creators. Crisis causing.

        Lived here over two years. Wanted to move out the first month I moved in. Now that it has new owner and manager I will stay. Got rid of over half the people who lived here......it was off the hook. No more drugs bugs and loud rude people.

        I have seen the transformation of this place and I would have to say it's pretty impressive. The units are remodeled and turned around and they seem like really nice people. Some of the past negative reviews are probably from evicted tenants.
