Between the roaches and the constant never ending shouting from what seems like the entire bottom floor, this place is tiring. Theres no honest to God reviews on here, so if I can save the next young couple moving into their first apartment from moving into here, then I'll be happy. Overpriced. Disgusting. Management and owners are fine, albeit maybe a little unequipped to deal with the monsters that are the tenants. If you're naive, and still have any hope that people are genuinely good, you're gonna get screwed, used, and abused.
