All tenants went without a roof last winter and had roofs leaking and mold growing in walls. If you need a repair you might as well not hold your breath because they'll take months to fix it. The fences are falling down and their solution was to paint and replace a couple boards but leave most of the rotted boards on. There is also no insulation so your house will always be hot in the summer and cold in the winter regardless of how much you turn up the heat or AC. I could go on and on about issues with these apartments.

Very run down inside owners only make cosmetic fixes but don't fix leaks or electrical problems manager trys to do his job but owners limit his ability to do any repairs correctly. If owner does agree to a repair they only use contractors who are unskilled and questionable also repairs are not done timely.
