      image We have been with this company for over 5 years with zero claims. Our insurance almost doubled this year for homeowners. They did acknowledge our zero claim record and our reward was an extra $600 a year. We have called a few times. The last time we called they were going to look into any availabe discounts or a better rate somewhere else and call us back the next day, that was 5 days ago. Good luck
