The in store return experience is terrible. The store associate and manager were rude and brash. Did not let us make a return for an online order despite having the receipt, order number and ID which is all you need according to UA in-store return policy. They refused to even read or acknowledge the in store return policy thats posted on the UA website when we showed it them. Forced us to go back home and bring the physical CC that was used for the order. When we complained about inconsistency between their store policy and UA policy thats published on the website, the manager asked us to take it up with Under Armor not sure what that means when you are standing in Under Armor store and speaking with the store manager. But, they continued to be brash and completely unapologetic. The worst in-store experience weve ever had.

I liked the clothes that someone else had tried on and wanted to buy another one, so I asked the cashier if she could tell me where the clothes were, but she didn't even look at the clothes I chose or search the system, and just kept telling me that if they weren't in the store, they weren't there. Even though I said it was because I didn't know where the clothes were, I was so dumbfounded when I saw the cashier who kept repeating the same thing, saying that if it wasn't in the store, it wasn't there and it was too annoying for anyone to look for it. Is it because there is no manager in the store? I got angry when I saw the cashier speaking so insincerely and rudely.

I had a complicated online return at the store. John and Daniel were extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I wish all customer service was this way!

Pathetic product and service. I purchased a jacket but in first wash the zipper broken like biscuit. When I took it to store, instead trying to find solution they were more interested in saying no to any return, replacement or refund. Not buying anything from UA from now on. I gave it to them to dump it in garbage
