Have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, but especially Erick who helped us out through the whole process. During a very difficult time, he not only helped smoothly put final arrangements in order, and kept us in the loop a long the way, but he added the personal touch of genuine empathy through our interactions. Very glad my dad was taken care of by them.

Eric Perez helped  us throughout the whole entire process. He was very kind and helpful. It was for my sisters funeral , who recently passed away on December 31, 2021. We have used this place before, also for my fathers' funeral back in 2012.I highly recommend him and Utter McKinley Mortuary. All their staff were also very kind and friendly.

Erick at U-M was terrific when I had to fly in from Louisiana to plan my brother's funeral. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. He made a painful experience less so. We needed to contact him repeatedly for favors, questions and information and he responded immediately each time. His customer service was flawless and our viewing was too. Thanks for going way above and beyond Erick.

Thank you for helping us during a very difficult time for our family. Erik was professional, compassionate and kept us informed every step of the way. Even with last minute requests, Erik and the staff accommodated us in a very professional manner. He was present and involved which allowed us to focus on our loved one and our guests.
