let me understand this my mail box closed, and this box went over and took may mail and I can not get it back if I do not open a account,,, do you really think taking someones mail and not giving it back is a good idea if I miss my check and can not pay my bills while waiting for a new check I will take you to court and the state post office for charges this is black mail you have no right to make your mind to keep my mail

I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.

Came in here to pick up a package which had $300 worth of stuff in it and they insisted they didnt have it and very rudely shooed me a way. Had to file a claim with FedEx. A week later they call me up and say weve had this package sitting here for a week are you gonna come pick it up? Then when I got there I told him about it and he got all defensive saying they dont let other people pick things up without the right ID and I kept trying to correct him that he and his wife said the package wasnt there at all. Wouldnt take responsibility for any of it. Id go the extra mile to send and receive your packages at some other location. Update: Since I cant respond to his response for some reason, Ill have to add onto my original review. He claims I didnt provide a tracking number or name which I did. I had the FedEx tracking page on my phone and handed it to his wife who said they didnt have the package. It said it was signed for by someone with the initials MFK and they said theres no MFK here. After insisting it must be at another location, I told them that my girlfriend had called FedEx and they said it was at that specific location. Both you and your wife refused to move from your standing position and look around for the package and just tried to shoe me away. Now as you can see, hes trying to lie about what actually happened and shift the blame on to me somehow. Maybe if hed actually try to provide decent customer service and take responsibility for him and his wifes mistake instead of continuing to be rude to me and my girlfriend, I wouldnt have had to write this scathing review. But as you can see, hes only doubling down. Hes an unabashed, dishonest businessman.
