This is place is amazing I work for a company where I have to ship everyday and I have never had an issue with mail fast they are maxing and also help with my packaging really satisfied in the mission hills area

Best in the valley! Chris is always friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to make sure my packages are packed safely and helps me choose the most economical and fast delivery option. There's no place in the valley that will take the time to give you the kind of personal and professional service that Chris will!!!

Great place to drop off return packages, ups , FedEx, US Postal. Very rare to have lines.

All these pressed people complaining about the service are probably Karens haha. The guy behind the counter has always been extremely kind and helpful. I always return my books after my semesters at school and its literally as easy as going in, dropping it off, and leaving. People need to grow up, this person is working alone majority of the time. He doesnt always know the answers to questions you might have and he deserves a break as well as a lunch so respect that. Hes not there to be at your disposal when you want him to be especially when hes going to his lunch?? Grow up!

I was in the store to rent a box. When I pulled up in the parking lot, I saw Erik closing the store. It was 2:16p.m. I asking if the store was open. His answer was, hi was going to luch. Hi was returning at 2:30p.m. It didn't make sense that he was going to lunch. And just for 14 minites. I don't think they strive for customer service at all.
