        We highly recommend this dentist! Dr. Winter is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the start. He makes sure to explain any treatment you may need and welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. The office staff is very friendly and my dental hygienist was A+, Im so glad that we made the move to Scott Winter, DDS!!
