I was in a hit-and-run today . My experience was really really great. The staff at Doctor hospital is amazing. And took really great care of me while I was there.

I've seen many hospitals and this place ranks low on quality of care. Go anywhere else if you can.

Worst hospital ever my husband died off of negligence nurse was accusing him of being under the effects of drugs just because of his non gangster tattoos the entire time he was having a stroke. Nurses & doctor decided to help someone else who was having a stroke and said that persons stroke was more important had to wait almost 4 hours for another doctor to check my husband to tell me he was having a stroke. He died 90% brain dead all because of this hospitals negligence. Left two baby girls without a dad. They really don't care. Plus if you have medical and other have some type of better insurance best believe they will help the other and let you DIE!

First off the lady who greets & takes your name is not friendly at all. When you come to do any kind of procedure youre already feeling out of sorts so to be greeted in an unkind way does not help the comfort level. Second the sliding doors are constantly opening & shutting with a scraping noise that easily can be fixed.

My mother was brought in by ambulance on March 21st. I really just wanted to say that the only person in the ER that truly helped me was Jeff Beffler. I give him 5 star's! Other than that no real special comments to anyone else in ER. Kudos to the nurse in Express Care named Jessica. She was helpful to me as well. The guy that worked on Friday the 22nd pm shift hung up on me twice. Get some manners. I guess he got frustrated with me when I was plying him for answers regarding my mother's status. I really don't need a robotic responses back from you. Just wanted to let you know that you do have a few competent/valuable employees. I really hope they are commended for going above and beyond.
