My husband and I recently relocated to California from Texas. We were fortunate to have Devin as our realtor. He knows the market well, was very knowledgeable and over all was just a great person to work with. I was most impressed with how accommodating he was to show us properties that worked for our schedule. He made sure the buying process was smooth and even continued to check on us after closing. I would 1,000 percent recommend Devin to anyone who is needing a realtor.

Wow, what a pleasure it was to work with Devin! It was a breath of fresh air to find a realtor who was trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable. Not only was he a non-judgemental soundboard for us, he was also our advocate. Cant recommend him enough!

Devin showed us around Santa Barbara and Goleta and was very helpful in getting us up to speed on the area, the market, etc. He was patient, taking the time to get to know us, and was generous with his time and attention. Hes also just a good guy. We ultimately ended up deciding that the SB area was not the best fit for us, but Devin was very supportive in helping us the whole way through. Id definitely recommend working with Devin.

In the past 3 years, Devin has helped me sell a house and buy a condo in Santa Barbara. These experiences could have been quite stressful but have been the most calm, enjoyable experience. It is a testament to Devin's demeanor and cool as a cucumber personality. He held my hand, cheered me on and explained anything and everything I didn't understand. And I had lots of questions. Devin has most recently helped me find a great realtor on the East Coast. He not only took the time to find one through his network, he personally called her to make sure she would be suitable for our very sensitive situation of helping my elderly relative move out of his house and into a retirement community. He is the best of the best! Just give him a call and have a 5 minute chat with him and you'll know that he's down to earth and not some schmucky, used car salesamany realtor. Selling a family home with 5 generations of history can be a daunting experience. We were introduced to realtor, Devin Wong by a friend. Devin is a highly skilled professional, knowledgeable about market trends and dedicated to the Santa Barbara community. He is also an empathetic listener, attentive to the nuances of our particular needs and respectful. He was always available to answer questions promptly by text, email, phone, or in person. Our timeline was a short one and once the property was ready for the public, the rollout was seamless and promises for wide exposure were realized. Our home sold in a week and we were very pleased with the way in which the proposals came in and how we were able to walk through the selling experience knowing we had Devin and his team on board to handle the sale.
