We had RM roofing replace our roof. They did a good job, workers onsite were good, on time. The one problem I had was, they hit me with a 5000 dollar change order without informing me at any time. In fact they just sent invoice without warning me. They had plenty of opportunity to explain to me situation but did not. At sometime after demo on first day they should have informed me. Instead no word of the amount until they sent invoice and said due the next day. Buyer beware. Also spoke to owner prior to us picking them to do roof and told him that I was worried about something like that happening and he reassured me that he didn't think anything like that would happen Service: Roof installation

We had re-roofing done one month ago to include adding a solar fan, a skylight, O'Hagin vents, a low-e therma sheet, a weather guard, and cool roof shingles. The job went great and we are very pleased.
Initially Ralph came over to write up a quote and we talked about my desired scope for the project. When he wrote up the scope and quote it looked perfect on the first attempt and it included everything we had discussed. Miriam in the office was wonderful and answered all our questions. She even allowed us to bring home large samples to hold up against the home as decided the color of the roof shingle. Once we chose our color, RM Roofing went out of their way to obtain the color we wanted, which was a less popular color.
When it came time for installation the crew worked with my wife while I was on a business trip and she mentioned everything went flawlessly and they showed her all the materials per the work scope. We are very pleased with the outcome and would have chosen RM Roofing all over again. And as far as the materials we selected and were installed, we do definitely noticed our home is cooler in the hot summer and we run our AC less - all good for both us and the environment.
