We hired Dukes Heating to fix our furnace during cold spell this winter. On first visit the tech installed a new limit switch which had already been diagnosed by previous HVAC company. The work he did installing that limit switch caused our furnace control board to blow out. So he needed to come back now to fix that too. He gave me part # to order on Amazon , which I did. $300 part. Once he cane back and worked another hour he told me that part which he had asked for was wrong part. And again he charged me his hourly fee. So he told me he would order correct part and get back in touch . He never did. No return, NO call back, no reply. Nothing . He ignored about 10 calls and texts. So much for their integrity.

Thank you Dukes team. We have old furnace heater which had a problem. I called few hvac companies but most don't work with it. Not only dukes team knew about old floor heater but they sent the help right away. Jesus and his team is really friendly, skilled and they work fast. For us fixing the problem fast was more important then finding most economical quote, but we ended up getting really fast service and very reasonable cost. Looks like they do any kind of work related to heating and cooling and will sure give my business to them in future for related work.

I called Dukes for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he ( Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etcHe came on time, he was very nice, wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just because the furnace is over 20 years old. However, If it turns out that this furnace need to be replaced, I know I will call Dukes to do the job! Thanks Duke!! Services: Repair HVAC, Thermostat installation
