        Quick and friendly, I recently dropped a star because of the insurance bill I received after the fact, they did not call us to see if we had additional insurance but just sent a bill.. Ouch. Thank goodness we had additional insurance. We were seen here because my husband got in an accident where someone rear ended him really bad and his head broke the glass in the back of the truck so we had to make sure every thing was ok with him. Just shocked when we got the bill even though it was covered by the other insurance.

        I went to AFC for the COVID19 BOOSTER SHOT, booked through California Department of Public Health. I found out several months later that AFC charged my insurance company >$1000 for COVID19 TESTING
