Docs Plumbing

I had a cold water pipe burst and my landlord sent over docs plumbing. When scheduled for an emergency situation the soonest they could come was in 4 days. After they fixed the pipe their new install fell apart after 12 hours and was even worst that it was when they started. After countless voicemails I left they finally agreed to come back in ANOTHER 4 days. These guys are unresponsive and have poor quality work and when confronted, nothing is their problem and youll just have wait until theyre not busy. Both times they came they showd up late for their 3 hour window. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Doc's came through my home warranty program. They pushed to come earlier than appointment; the plumber was immediately evasive and refused to fix the problem, then left while still charging me. I don't know if the issue is with them or the home warranty program and frankly I don't care but either way I'm out money and the problem isn't fixed.

As Arjum Basu mentioned above, the guy answering the phone is incredibly rude. He is perhaps the rudest American person I've ever met in 20 years living in this country. He disrespected my wife two times when she was attempting to schedule an appointment. A few minutes ago, I called myself just to find out nothing but more disrespect. I politely asked twice not to be interrupted during my speech, for I was trying to explain him something related to the schedule; the third time this person rudely interrupted me, I obviously hung on the call. Perhaps you're the best plumbers in the world, but you're completely clueless on how to deal with customers. My advice, especially if you're a foreigner living in the area, is that you go somewhere else to find a plumber. I'm sure as hell that whoever you find will not be as rude with customer as this guy was with us.

John and Darrel came to my house to fix a broken shower faucet fixture. Due to the water calcification the faucet cartridge was nearly impossible to remove. Instead of cutting through the wall behind the faucet which would have been easier for them they took the time to work together to remove the cartridge.
