Payless Water Heaters was easy to work with and professional through the whole process. They had great communication on scheduling, and followed up with details on when the technician would arrive. The technician, Joel, was polite and courteous. He provided full information and answered all of my questions. The whole process was easy and efficient. Thanks for the great service!

Came home one night to find we had no hot water. Looking into it further, found that our 10 yr water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Called a couple water heater companies and found that Payless Water Heaters had the better pricing for replacement by approximately 15%. Within a day, the service personnel, Anthony, came and replaced it with within about couple hours. He was quite personable, professional and knowledgeable about the tasks that needed to be done.. Our replacement was a little more complicated as we had a recirculating pump. He plumbed the whole system quite neat and cleanly. I would use the company again.

Our water heater was not producing hot water. The burner will turn on but wont stay lit. We called Payless Water Heaters and received excellent service. Initial recommendation was to change the thermostat but since the unit is 13+ years old we opted to change the entire unit for peace of mind. (We had a previous experience from a rental house where in water heater was overheating & leaking thus creating a mess in the garage. Very inconvenient to deal with! ) Good thing we ask for service quotes before finally choosing this company. Scheduling was easy, competitive pricing & options, installation & answers questions w/ regards to maintenance. The staff gives updates if there is a delay when technician is on his way or running late. Also, this company is local. Their office is in Fremont close to Tesla. Friendly, courteous & professional technician (Anthony) came & installed the new unit. Less than 3 hours we have hot water running. Overall excellent service & highly recommend this company!
