This is a top-notch company with a top-notch product. We got custom-made bi-fold doors that are over 12 feet and are absolutely beautiful. It was a definite upgrade to our home and we constantly get comments about them. The staff members are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. If youre on the fence about this upgrade, just do it! We highly recommend Eris!

I ordered and installed one bi-fold door and it was such nice quality that I decided to install another one instead of the large glass window I originally meant to put in next to it.

It has been a little over a year and I am compelled to do my first ever public review in any product or service for Eris Home. It is due to their high quality bifolding doors that looks and works great on our ADU unit we did for my mother that our family enjoys. When ordering, Eris sales team reconfirmed measurements of the bifold door and doggie door, number of panels, and preferred swing direction. I appreciated their professionalism in sending me a drawing for order confirmation and update on delivery. Here are the 7 reasons I would recommend Eris to everyone 1. The weight of the bifold door is on the bottom and not on the top like their competitors. Eris system prevents any potential future top beam sagging after several years which could cause door issues. 2. Their pricing was less then their competitor 3. Our city required a title 24 complaint bifolding door to receive permit approval on the ADU 4. Easy to Install ( yourself or contractor) 5. Free shipping & 10 Year Warranty 6. My mom loves it , she is 74 and is able to open and close all panels easily. 7. Purchased three 10x8 and 12x8 doors for a high-end new home. Quite impressed overall...look incredible and very well made. Packing was amazing for shipping. Took off one star because main doors don't shut smoothly...had to modify/grind off metal. But all in all were 10k cheaper than competitor and happy with purchase. Ty.

I bought an iron door from Eris after getting the door professonaly installed the door frame was too big for the door. Since the door frame is welded steel there is no way to fix the gap between the frame and the door. Customer service is non responsive after multiple attempts to get a resolution. Considering how expensive these doors are I would expect a door that will at least seal instead I can see daylight past the weatherstripping. DO NOT BUY DOORS FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!
