        I made an appointment to open a savings & checking account. They declined to allow me to use the rest room after the appointment. Im 74 and I was very uncomfortable rushing to a grocery store to use their facilities. This bank continues to disappoint me!

        When I first started at this branch they were so customer oriented. I went as I was so frustrated with Bank of America for this very reason. Now, everything is a hassle. They cant help me at the branch and tell me to talk to customer service. Customer service tells me I need to go to the branch. Banking shouldnt be HARD ! They are using OUR money!!

        This bank branch is unfriendly for business banking. Taking care of your business takes excessive amount of time. Bank employees and manager are taking decisions based on bank rules seems to be different each time and cant be proved to be based on any written document. The only plus for this place is that it is there where other banks are not well represented.
