Chase Bank

Come to branch today try to deposit cash, they not accepted because they said my money is smelly moldy dirty. But I know they dont want to keep dirty money in their drawer. But remember the Bank rules are accepted no better what the money Moldy Smelled as long as is real money. Their job have to send them to federal not customer. I called to customer service manager to file complaint for the Chase branch make sure they do their job correctly. So disappointed i feel every time I go there they treat me not fair. I feel so much different from other branches.

Toni (sp?) the teller, she was very helpful and patience with me, even i was a bit frustrated with the alerts setting, my silly operator error. Very much appreciated. I wish Chase would lower the minimum daily balance of $1,500 to avoid $12 / month fee. I am not sure how many of us can afford to have that $1,500 parked at the bank daily , if we did not have direct payroll banking, to avoid fee. if you miss $1,500 a day a month, that is $144 a year in fee!. Study shows 57% of the Americans can't afford $1,000 emergency fund .
