Stay away from this business. I called them for toilet leak and guy shows up and starts exaggerating the work where he literally spent 15 minutes to fix (change wax ring) and charged me $750. Very dishonest. Service: Toilet repair

Rudy was great! He was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Rudy answered all my questions and was able to clear my clogged drain effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended! Will definitely use CalTek again for my plumbing needs.
***Update***
8/15/2022 - i had a very bad experience with CalTek this week, and disappointed how the whole thing played out. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called CalTek because the last time they cleared the clogged without any problems (See above). This time however, the same technician as last time, Rudy, ran the snake a few times through the P pipe and couldn't clear the clog. He said he can't do anything else to clear the clog and that my only other option was a hydroclean machine that would cost over $2200. Rudy didn't even try snaking the drain cleaning pipe!!! I couldn't believe what he was telling me! He packed up his tools and equipment and said he was done. To make matters worse, Rudy wanted me to pay the full for the service! Why would anyone pay the full amount when the problem wasn't fixed?!?!? Rudy gave up trying to clear my clogged kitchen sink.
I called another plumber and he was able to clear my clogged sink snaking the clean out drain pipe in 10 minutes!!!!
NEVER AGAIN will I use Caltek! Worst experience ever! Seemed to me that he was trying to create a much bigger job, and cost for me, that WAS NOT necessary. He was very much trying to take advantage of the situation. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY!
If anyone needs a professional, efficient and trustworthy plumber at a much more reasonable price, I'm happy to share the person's contact info I found to resolve my clogged sink! Service: Drain cleaning
