Value Plumbing is the "preferred plumber" of many new home builders. Be warned their work is unreliable. If your builder used this company I recommend getting an underground plumbing add on to your home owners insurance, you will need it.
We purchased a home from Meritage Homes and they were the plumbers used at build. At 3 years of owning an over half-million dollar home, the pipe they installed separated. It didn't burst, it didn't crack it literally separated at the connection. If you know anything about gluing PVC, you know that the glue causes a chemical reaction and basically fuses the pieces together making it virtually impossible to separate. We had to have an outside company come do the repairs because Meritage couldn't get Value Plumbing to answer or return calls and now we are out $4,500+ for their improperly installed plumbing! No one wants to take blame for them not doing their job!
Sad. Do not recommend!
