        Don't let their kitschy signage and balcony colors fool ya, though I had impressed upon them to change it to just white and blue, to be the more classy property that it is. As you enter, you reach this oasis of sky scraping green goodness and stream like fountains. Not only are we in walking distance to all you'd need, we're not far from the Oceanside either, in a great school district. Plus, there is a pool. I'm a tenant of 2 years here from the Architectural Industry. I cannot believe that Knollbrook tenants have yet to give them more STELLAR reviews. They are, by far the best management, especially Lynette and Billy. They keep the building safe, secure, clean, and we'll manicured and most importantly, they personally care about each and everyone of us. I just can't thank them enough.

        Had a plumbing problem...it was fixed within a week & a cleaning crew came to clean up the mess...Kudos....
