Unique Eyebrow Threading

This place really does create unique eyebrows. I thought Id try it out since it is so close to home, but I will be going back to my usual technician after my experience here. I asked for basic clean up and to keep the same general shape and thickness. The woman who threaded my eyebrows made them look like distant cousins. She didnt trim them either. I wont be back and wouldnt recommend to others either.

Honestly the worst. She did my eyebrows in less than five minutes, I hasnt had them done in over a month so there was lots of regrowth but they are not even at all and she did not trim them either. Ill never be going back due to the lack of either care or experience

Have only had an issue twice, but both were issues large enough that I wouldn't go back if there was another option close by. A few years ago, one of the workers appeared intoxicated and gave me super thin brows on the day of an important wedding. When I told her I had asked for my usual thick brows with just a clean up, she started laughing. Spoke with the owner and she ended up getting fired after more complaints. The most recent was very offensive. They have a notebook where you sign and and put down your desired service. You also let the person know which service as you are sitting on a chair. I only get brows down because I have melasma on the skin above my lip and threading makes it worse. After I told the women- please keep them thick with just a clean up, she pointed to my upper lip and said, "You really need to have your upper lip too." I declined politely and informed her that what she said was a bit insulting. After she finished with my brows and offered me aloe vera gel, she again pointed to my upper lip and said- " Are you SURE you don't want upper lip too?". I informed her that I didn't want or need anything else from her and left offended without tipping her. How about you just perform the service requested and not insult your clients?! Twice?! Sheesh
