RPV Cleaners

We have used he for several years and have always been pleased with thier work as well as the workers. Every is very friendly. We love our wood stove they installed, keeps us warm all winter long. They were also great about a leak we had around our chimney, they kept coming back till the problem was fixed! Thanks so much guys!

Well we have been coming here for about 1yr I believe if not a little but more. Yes they have made some mistakes but we believe in giving chances and they have fixed them as best they can. This time we accidentally gave them fluff and fold clothes which they called us about. My husband told them to go ahead and do it since they do offer it. Today wanting to put the clothes away, my husband's button down shirts that we ALWAYS take to dry cleaners and pants as well were wash washed with the regular fluff and fold clothes. All the clothes we got back are wrinkled and still slightly damp. This is not okay. I understand that mistakes happened the reason we take certain clothes to the cleaners is to not ruin our professional clothes. It is now time to move to a different location. I loved the convenience of being so close to our home but not worth it I took pictures and if I can I will post them up.

Never go there they ruined my sons suit after it was dry cleaned and didnt take any responsibility for it! Terrible customer service!
