We highly recommend the Inman Team. We were impressed with their professionalism, their staff, and their organization - they are very knowledgeable, experienced, and well informed. We felt fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet and do business with Gordon and Nicole, as they were so willing to share their sound advice, guidance, and recommendations. My sister and I needed to sell a residential property in the Lakewood area, that was part of a family Trust. At our first meeting, Nicole had already prepared an evaluation of the property complete with comps, property assessment, and information of the surrounding area. She also explained to us the process of what was involved in selling a house - it was a nice and comfortable conversation with no pressure. After the meeting, my sister and I were confident that they were the people we wanted to do business with. As we moved forward filling out the paperwork, Nicole walked us through everything, step by step, taking the time to explain and answer any questions we had. She was very patient and treated us as if we were their only clients. Gordon and Nicole did a walk-through of the property, and made some repair recommendations. With our approval, Gordon contacted different tradesmen/contractors getting competitive quotes. He then scheduled and coordinated all the work, always keeping us updated with costs and the progress of the repairs. He was also on-site overseeing the work, making sure everything was done correctly and to code. Gordon and Nicole did all the research for the flooring, counter tops, new sink, and dishwasher - all the things that were needed to make the house more marketable. We really were impressed as Gordon showed such interest in the project by taking the time himself, to go to different home improvement centers to pick up whatever finishing products that were needed to complete the job. When the house was completed, it looked great. Nicole then listed the property and used a professional photographer to take photos of both the interior and exterior, and she also put together a virtual staging of the interior for the internet. Nicole did the scheduling and managing of the open houses, negotiating, and along with Gordon, reviewing all of the offers that were made, with us. We received multiple offers, and the house sold in less than a month - for a lot more than we expected. What really impressed us during this process, was that Gordon and Nicole not only did what was best for us, the seller, but they also made sure that the quality of work and materials were best for the buyer. It was a real pleasure working with the Inman Team. They took care of everything which made it very easy on us. Their communications were excellent, low stress, and they made us feel as if we had known them for years.

Two years ago, we sold our home of 28 years and 2 years later, I bought another one here in San Pedro in the Gardens.
