Amador Towing And Recovery (ATR)

I had a great experience with ATR. AAA said 75 min, they were there in less than 15 minutes. I called to let them know that I was going to call AAA ahead of time and they were on it.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. We booked them to offload a 40ft container off of a stepdeck in Volcano, CA. They assured there was no problem and would be on site @ 1pm. At 3pm they were a no call no show, so I called to get an update. The dispatcher assured me the driver would be on site in the next 45 mins to an hour. An hour later they called and stated they were not going to pick up the container. When asked why, or why they did not have the decency to even call to state they werent picking this up when I had literally spoken to them an hour prior, the dispatcher got real nasty and rude and hung up on me. Stay away from these people. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and wont show up. Had they simply told me they could not do the job, I would have spent my day looking for a legit company to handle this for my customer, instead of being strung along by them all day. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, not worth the headache.

I called to follow up on a tow early this morning and Anna was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I then called back 4 times and she rejected each call. Terrible experience.

Had my truck stuck on a hill and Travis came and handled it like a true recovery tech. Thanks again
