Up Country Towing & Recovery

Wish I could give more stars but my experience was not good. I will say though that when I called they had a truck there pretty quick despite it being 2am-ish. I paid $330 plus a $40 tip to be dropped off at an EV Charging station a few blocks away and despite my concerns it wasnt charging my car the driver left me there. The charger was not charging my car and they evidently did not feel it was important to come back immediately and take me to one that does. That driver should have come back immediately. It was raining and 40 deg outside. I sat in my car miserable and freezing until I could not take it anymore. Despite already having a hotel room across town I walked in the rain at 5am to a hotel within walking distance - making this tow service even more expensive. They did not come back until 10-11am the following day! Unacceptable. I should have been offered a discount for the extra expense and suffering. The driver should have given my tip back too. This was clearly horrible customer service that they didnt even acknowledge much less compensate for. Thanks for making my tragedy (running out of charge) way worse. Honestly two stars is extremely generous.

You bad mouth innocent people, but yet your the guilty at fault. GO FIGURE? ThESE PEOPLE STEAL CAR'S. Called for a jump one time and the wanted so bad to tow my car. Needs to be investigated.

I have to rave about these guys!!!! I have had 3 experiences with them over the last 4 years, each was them making a bad experience good!!!! They are quick to respond and get on the scene, smiling faces make every situation better. I have used many tow services over the years and I have never had such fantastic service! When my car broke down yesterday we weren't even stressed out about it because we knew we would be taken care of quickly! These guys are simply good people doing good work! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of these guys! Michael called me almost the second I hung up with Subaru Roadside Assistance, and told me he'd turn around from his way back home to help me out. When he and Skyler arrived, my car was balancing at an angle on the ledge of a steep incline, a precarious situation you don't see every day, but they knew exactly how to handle it, and pulled the car out on the first try! Skyler even jumped into the driver's seat to help the prices from there risky business. The guys were exceptionally polite and friendly, and set a wonderful tone to the rest of an evening that almost ended badly for me. Thank you guys!
